Dream Interpretation

I dreamt last night that I had acutally been cut from the basketball team in my senior year because I couldn't run fast enough. The veiwpoint of my dream was wierd, though. It was as if that had happened and I was just remembering it happen years ago. I was at my Grandma P's house with my brothers and sisters hanging out, and I couldn't get it out of my head how AWFUL it was that I didn't make the team in my senior year. So, I decided to go for a horse ride. I borrowed Mr. Miller's horse, "Old Jack" and went around the block. Just when I got out of view of Gram's house, that horse bucked me off and I grabbed on to the rain gutter of the nearby house. Old Jack wasn't content with that, though. He turned around and started to kick me with his rear legs. I was scooting along the rain gutter, screaming for help when someone came around the corner, but it didn't sound like they would be able to help me much because they couldn't stop coughing and crying about the scene before their eyes.......when I realized that it was Sarah coughing and crying and actually needed me for real. End of dream, beginning of long day.....although before getting her, I had to sit there and remember if I really did play ball in my senior year!

I have my own interpretation of this dream......I would like a DIFFERENT interpretation, though because I don't like mine. Anyone?

So this is what I got. The kicking horse stands for you being repulsed by a loved one or your fortune will be embarrassed by ill health. The house represents the only place for security in this trial in your life. Hold on to it for dear life. Now being cut from the basketball team is just some past fears that you have had that are coming to the surface. Don't be fooled by their "easy way out of things". Be strong and know that you are in the right place and that you moved on from the past.
I hope that is better than what you have come up with. Have a great day!!!

Well, let's see. Maybe you are at a point in your life, where you feel like you are failing at something. And, now that you feel like you have failed, someone is trying to kick you when you are down, but there are a lot of people (your family) who are around you supporting you and watching you. If you feel like you are failing, know we are all here for you! :)

Was that sappy and depressing? sorry. It's all I got.

Well, I like y'alls fortune cookie interpretations. Especially Brandon. Now, I'm figuring Amanda has made the best interpretation (ie. stress and fear). But I would like to throw in my can of beans to liven things up a bit.
Dude, you can't get over the fact that you were awesome at basketball and made the senior team and still feel like it was a dream, that maybe you shouldn't have made it. Well, you made it! Pat yourself on the back sista!
As for the horse, maybe it's Florida, politics, anything that gets on your nerves. Got any pet peeves? No pun intended.
Maybe recent events in your life are kicking you around and that stress floods over into your unconsciousness. It happens to me. Angel also said that when she's stressed, she keeps dreaming about missing tests and forgetting to turn in assignments! (hate that feeling.)
You're awesome and you'll work through it. We love and admire you Amanda. Thanks for being a great example. We're here (or there) for you!

For some reason I am in your dream as well as the neighbor. As for the horse, I don't know. Maybe it was the car accident in Erda where you & Angie were hanging upside down in your car. Was that your senior year? Thanks for sharing your dream and I hope Sarah's okay.
